Australian Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $200.

For orders under $200, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. During busy periods, collection launches, public holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping & Returns

If your order qualified for free shipping and you later return one or more items, causing the final value of the items you keep to fall below $200, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

This applies to orders where free shipping was received because the original order value was over $200.

Australian Shipping Notes

All Australian orders are shipped with tracking.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Ayatana Australia is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the shipping provider.

International Shipping

Additional Notes

All international orders are shipped with signature on delivery.
Shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. However, depending on the hemisphere.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Ayatana Australia is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

USA Orders — Tariffs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the USA, a second payment link will be sent after checkout to cover an additional 10% tariff fee.

This 10% tariff fee is separate from any duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or import charges that may be payable upon delivery.

Please note that duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and import charges are not included in the product price, shipping cost, or tariff payment. These charges remain the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the local customs authorities.

Your order will be processed once the additional 10% tariff payment has been completed.

If the additional tariff payment is not completed, Ayatana Australia reserves the right to cancel and refund the order

Delays: Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs delays or natural events.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you have incorrectly entered your delivery address, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placing your order to amend it. Ayatana Australia is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.
Customs & Duties: Ayatana Australia is not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
